Development of wind farm plan, including wind resource assessment, land acquisition, proposal development, power purchase agreement, coordination of system impact study and environmental assessment, wind farm design, contract negotiation and schedule development.

Various Canadian locations including
the far north.

Project planning for wind resource assessment campaigns, including installation of met towers using helicopter support in very remote and mountainous areas.

Various Canadian,
U.S, European and Caribbean projects

Wind farm project management, including budget and scheduling,
co-ordinate civil, electrical, geotechnical and environmental consultants, develop and negotiate tenders for construction contractors, co-ordinate and implement interconnection with utility, liaise with landowners and supervise construction including on-site safety and quality control.
